We come to you in our state-of-the-art grooming van! Each van is equipped to provide a luxury spa experience for your pup. By choosing mobile dog grooming, you’ll experience our convenient service while providing your dog with the one-on-one, cage-free TLC they deserve without the hustle and bustle of a traditional grooming shop.

Our mobile grooming service area is approximately a 15 mile radius from our salon in Carlisle. We service Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, Enola, Boiling Springs, Dillsburg, and Mt. Holly Springs. Unsure if you're in our service area? Just ask!

We understand our clients lead busy lives. We want to make getting your dog groomed as convenient as possible, therefore we are happy to offer latch key service (aka key on file service) for established, recurring clients with our mobile grooming service. With our latch key option,  you do not need to be home when we come to groom your dog... only your dog does! 

• You provide instructions for how to access your home (tell us key code, hide a key, leave door unlocked, etc.). Our pet stylist will enter your home and get your dog.

• Our pet stylist will groom your dog as usual in our grooming van. She will ensure your dog is returned back to your home per your instructions after the groom is complete.

• You will be texted a payment link to pay by credit card directly from your phone or you may leave cash for payment. Payment is expected to be received day of service.

Our pet stylist will even let your dog go potty before and after the groom!

We accept cash, credit card, and venmo for payment.

All clients of Happy Hounds Mobile Pet Grooming LLC (mobile clients and salon clients) are required to keep a valid credit card on file for cancellation/rescheduling purposes. We requires a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a booking fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee charged to the card on file. Less than 24 hours notice or same day cancellations/reschedules will result in a booking fee equivalent to 100% of the service fee charged to the card on file. Card information is stored securely through the credit card processing company and is encrypted.

A lot of time and careful planning goes into our efficient scheduling (and routing for mobile). We reserve a time slot specifically for your pet and are often not able to fill the spot due to short notice from a cancellation/reschedule. Cancellations throw our pet stylist's entire schedule for the day off and also prevents a client who really wanted an appointment from getting that time slot that you had and didn't use.
